Set up Your Team for the 2015-2016 playing season.
In order to have players register to play with you, you must have your registrar set up
your team for the Fall 2015 Spring 2016 playing season.

The deadline for a team (excluding HSP) to meet the minimum requirements to be registered is JUNE 15, 2015.

Minimum Requirements to Register a Team
1) Minimum number of players rosters (see below)
2) Properly licensed coach with cleared background check. If you are registered for the E or D License course this summer,
please fill out a Coaching License Waiver to submit with your Team Registration. This will allow you to set up your team
while you are waiting for the completion of your class.

3) All teams are required to have properly licensed ASST COACH with a cleared background check rostered.

4) If the coach requires a waiver, waiver must be accepted and listed in the coach profile
5) All coaches must have a current Heads Up Concussion Certificate. New for Fall 2015, this certificate must be uploaded
in your Affinity profile. In the same way a player's birth certificate is next to their picture.

5) All admin and player photos uploaded, face only and the proper size (see below)
6) All birth certificates uploaded
7) Home field on file under "Team Details/Team Sponsor" field (see link below)
8) Jersey, short and sock color for home and away recorded in the Team Profile on Affinity
9) All player fees paid (see Fees page)
10) Alignment Form submitted to Tracy [email protected]

U7 - min 5 players, max 8 players, play 5v5
U8/U9 - min 6 players, max 10 players, play 6v6
U10/U11 - min 8 players, max 14 players, play 8v8
U12 - U15 - min 11 players, max 18 players, play 11v11
U16 - U17 - min 11 players, max 22 players with only 18 eligible to show and play to any one game. Play 11v11.
U8/U9 - min 6 players, max 10 players, play 6v6
U10/U11 - min 8 players, max 14 players, play 8v8
U12 - U15 - min 11 players, max 18 players, play 11v11
